Customer Service Coverage Consultant

AO Globe Life is a company with over 70 years of experience providing supplemental benefits to working-class families across the United States. They are seeking a Customer Service Coverage Consultant to conduct virtual consultations, help clients understand benefit options, and provide enrollment support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Reliable internet connection
• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
