Associate Business Analyst

The Associate Business Analyst collaborates with a team to analyze business processes and define product capabilities, contributing to the design, development, and testing of solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the process of obtaining functional requirements from applicable business stakeholders and subject matter experts utilizing elicitation techniques
• Assists with research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability
• Assists developers with understanding and approach to system enhancement requests
• Supports quality assurance and control efforts using data analysis as part of pre and post implementation
• Provides support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle
• Participates in status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plans as appropriate for the software solution being developed
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
• Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
• Effective communication skills
• Completion of Code Camp or equivalent experience
