The role involves identifying employers who would benefit from these programs and making introductions to the specialist team for further support and implementation.

• Handle everything from education, analysis, implementation, and ongoing support

Requirements:

• Identify employers who'd benefit from preventative health programs
• Make warm introductions to the specialist team
• Have trusted relationships with business owners, HR leaders, CFOs, and benefits decision-makers
• Have relationships with 10+ employers with 25+ full-time employees
• Benefits advisor, broker, or HR consultant
• CPA, financial advisor, or fractional CFO
• Recruiter, staffing professional, or PEO professional
• Anyone with strong C-suite and HR relationships across multiple employers
