They are seeking a Senior Product Designer focused on Guild growth and acquisition, responsible for shaping customer experiences and engaging new audiences through design and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize acquisition, landing page, onboarding, and conversion experiences across Angel’s web ecosystem
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and overall user growth outcomes to build beneficial network effects
- Help define how the Guild experience is introduced to new users, revealing the value of community participation and strengthening the connection between Angel’s mission and its members
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Research, and Engineering to uncover insights, align on opportunities, and bring ideas to life quickly
- Use experimentation, analytics, user research, and customer feedback to inform decisions, validate solutions, and improve customer outcomes
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and product innovation
- Help define the best path forward in ambiguous problem spaces by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Lead design discussions, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive key UI initiatives from concept through execution while maintaining a high standard of design quality
- Contribute to a collaborative, low-ego culture that values feedback, continuous learning, and measurable impact
Requirements:
