As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, design and implement features, and ensure high standards in code quality and performance while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end features across our fullstack platform
• Contribute directly to the codebase while supporting the growth of your team
• Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure high standards in code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship value quickly and reliably
• Review code, give feedback, and mentor engineers at all levels
• Champion best practices in development, DevOps, and continuous improvement
• Work with Node.js, React, Azure, AWS and Kubernetes
• Work every day to ensure your team is healthy and efficient
