Head of Engineering / Founding Engineering Lead

OnlyEdge is building a system of record for decision intelligence in private equity. They are seeking a Head of Engineering / Founding Engineering Lead to design and develop full-stack applications, build AI-native workflows, and scale architecture for growth as they enter a critical phase of MVP launch and commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
• Build AI-native workflows leveraging LLMs, search, retrieval, and intelligence systems
• Design and maintain APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs
• Contribute to architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards
• Support technical diligence, commercialization efforts, and fundraising activities
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard engineering resources upon growth
