PROTECT3D is a Durham, NC company that manufactures custom 3D-printed braces, orthotics, and supports. They are seeking a Marketing Operations & Communications Coordinator who will manage daily marketing operations, create content, and drive sales through effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the ultimate protector of the PROTECT3D Brand Style Guide. Polish and update sales decks, email templates, and product assets to ensure every external touchpoint looks elite, professional, and consistent
- Design high-quality marketing assets, including doctor’s office posters, product flyers, and digital brochures
- Manage CRM-driven marketing campaigns including audience segmentation, email automation, lead nurturing workflows, campaign reporting, and database maintenance
- Build and maintain an operational content flywheel. Establish feedback loops to gather insights from clients and the sales team, mapping those insights against product asset gaps to build a continuous stream of fresh content ideas
- Fully activate our professional social media accounts with a consistent posting cadence of at least once per week. Utilize platform analytics and data to track engagement, drive future content decisions, and measurably support company sales goals by driving brand traffic and awareness
- Provide end-to-end event execution so the sales team can focus entirely on selling. You will manage all logistics, design booth setup instructions, compile physical materials, and establish post-conference tracking systems to capture leads, track conversations, and trigger automated follow-up emails. You may attend events to fully understand our brand and how we interact with customers
- Capture customer testimonials, clinical success stories, athlete case studies, and product adoption stories that can be leveraged across sales, marketing, and digital channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing communications, sales support, or related marketing roles
- Portfolio of previous campaign management, or design work
- Unmatched Attention to Detail: You have an 'eagle eye' for spelling, spacing, and formatting. Errors do not slip past you
- Marketing Operations & Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, automated email marketing platforms, and social media analytics dashboards
- Proactive System-Builder: A true self-starter who doesn't just wait for tasks, but builds the systems, schedules, and feedback loops required to keep marketing running smoothly with minimal oversight
- Design & Content Proficiency: Strong experience using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to adapt and create professional assets within an established brand guide
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A background or strong interest in athletics, sports medicine, or medical devices is highly preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical devices, orthotics, sports medicine, or other regulated industries is preferred
