They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify prospective clients interested in AI and deep-tech funding solutions through various outreach methods and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients interested in AI and deep-tech funding solutions through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and research on target markets
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Schedule and prepare discovery calls or demos
- Clearly communicate NeocAI’s value proposition to decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support funding-related initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity and results, and continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance data
Requirements:
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to research, identify, and engage high-potential prospects
- Proven Sales and Business Development experience in B2B environments, ideally in technology, AI, or related sectors
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex deep-tech and funding concepts in clear, compelling language
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with disciplined time management and self-motivation
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipelines and report on performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
- Interest in AI, deep-tech, startups, and funding ecosystems (VC, accelerators, grants) is highly beneficial
