Salesforce Developer (FSC)

Diverse Lynx is a company looking for a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in the Insurance domain and solid experience with Financial Service Cloud. The role involves leading a team in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications while ensuring optimal integration and performance of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud into existing systems and ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions
• Utilize Salesforce tools for data management and integration, ensuring data integrity and security
• Guide the team in adopting Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System to create intuitive user interfaces
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, implementing them as necessary
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Insurance domain background with solid FSC experience
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
