Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of internal communications across commercial industry groups, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters and presentation materials
- Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications
- Coordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities
- Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns, leadership meetings and events
- Partner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm priorities
- Maintain and organize communications assets, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date
- Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Contribute ideas to improve how the team plans, executes and measures communications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
