They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will take full ownership of their B2B sales pipeline, engaging with mid-market and enterprise brokerages to build relationships and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Building pipeline from scratch
- Prospecting daily
- Running discovery conversations that uncover pain
- Creating urgency that is real and earned
- Managing a book of business with discipline
- Crafting cold messages that get responses
- Adapting approach to keep deals moving
- Making good decisions with incomplete information
- Taking full ownership of sales numbers
Requirements:
- have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes
- are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the next step
- are a real go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up
- do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and keep things moving
- are honest with yourself about where deals stand and do not paper over stalled pipeline with optimistic stage updates
- know the difference between a deal that is progressing and one that is stuck - and know what to do about both
- thrive in environments that are not fully built yet and gray areas do not slow you down
- make good decisions with incomplete information, ask for help when needed, and take full ownership of your number
