Nozomio is a startup focused on revolutionizing AI consumer experiences, having raised significant funding from notable investors. The Founding Growth role involves owning user acquisition and scaling the product through various channels such as paid, organic, and creative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You own user acquisition
- You Will Work Directly With The Founding Team To Scale Folk Across Paid, Organic, Creative, And Product-led Channels
- You have run Meta, TikTok, Google, or other paid channels at scale
- You can look at a campaign, understand what is working, kill what is not, and move budget toward the highest-performing bets
- You understand CAC, payback, creative fatigue, attribution, funnel drop-off, and how to scale without burning money
- You know how to produce, test, and iterate on UGC, static ads, short-form videos, hooks, landing pages, and creator content at volume
- You have a strong point of view on why something performs
- You can tell when a hook is weak, when a video feels fake, and when a creative concept has the potential to scale
- You build systems that ship new creative every week
- You understand channels that compound
- This could mean referrals, SEO, programmatic landing pages, lifecycle, influencer loops, campus growth, social content, community, or product-led growth
- You are not just trying to buy users
- You are building the moat underneath the funnel
- You have helped scale a consumer product, media product, marketplace, app, or community
- You can point to something real: a channel you scaled, CAC you lowered, content you made work, users you acquired, revenue you drove, or a growth system you built from zero
- You experiment fast, learn from data, and change your mind quickly when something is not working
- You do not need perfect information to ship
- You test, read the signal, and improve
- You ship campaigns, not decks
- You do not wait for permission to test something
- You do not escalate every problem
- You solve it, move fast, and keep going
- You understand why people share things, why they download apps, why they invite friends, why they churn, and why certain products feel alive
- You can tell why a TikTok got views, why an ad converted, why a landing page failed, or why a referral loop did not hit
- The talent bar is high, but no important problem is beneath us
- You might be making strategy in the morning, editing TikToks in the afternoon, writing landing page copy at night, and reviewing campaign data at 2 AM
