Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with 10+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, including strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, design, and development efforts for scalable customer engagement platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise application development
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance optimization and scalable application design
- Excellent communication skills (9/10 or above required)
- Salesforce certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development initiatives
- Design and implement scalable Commerce Cloud and Loyalty Cloud solutions
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards
- Drive CI/CD implementation and release management processes
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Commerce Cloud and Loyalty Cloud implementations
- Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
