Madison-Davis, LLC is a leading enterprise organization seeking a Lead ServiceNow ERP Business Analyst to support large-scale business application initiatives. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business-facing workstreams supporting enterprise application initiatives
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements
- Analyze and improve workflows, approvals, forms, portals, notifications, dashboards, and process automation opportunities
- Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and aligned with broader platform strategies
- Support business process optimization initiatives across multiple operational functions
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and validation activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation, requirements artifacts, test scripts, decision logs, and operational procedures
- Identify project risks, process gaps, dependencies, and readiness concerns
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions
- Support business readiness, adoption planning, training coordination, and deployment activities
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Requirements:
- Experience serving as a Senior Business Analyst, Functional Lead, or Enterprise Applications Analyst in a complex environment
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow, service management, or business process automation platforms
- Strong understanding of business process design, workflow management, approvals, intake processes, and operational workflows
- Exposure to ERP, HCM, CRM, procurement, contract management, or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to lead stakeholder meetings, drive decisions, and manage action items independently
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, user stories, and testable requirements
- Strong SIT, UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, and business readiness experience
- Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within regulated industries
- Exposure to employee experience platforms, self-service portals, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, enterprise search, or conversational technologies
- Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Service Management, or platform-specific certifications
- Experience supporting integrations across multiple enterprise platforms
