Senior Product Manager

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in hematology and urinalysis products. This role involves leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of clinical diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for assigned hematology and urinalysis products, from development through commercialization and growth
• Capture and translate VOC and market insights to inform product design, roadmap priorities, and new product development, & conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, support product positioning, and drive profitable market share
• Partner with R&D, program management, and cross-functional teams to guide product development and ensure solutions address customer needs
• Build relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers to strengthen market understanding and product positioning
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to support successful product launches and portfolio growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field, or MLS (ASCP) certification with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in presenting, engaging, and debating with L1 and industry executives, ensuring the best outcome for the business
• Leading new Product Development Products with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams of R&D, global/regional marketing, regulatory, clinical, quality, and operations
• Develop and negotiate business and/or research agreements with legal representation and financial acumen to drive complex business and financial models
• Experience with hematology products and/or product management and/or IVD-regulated environment
