The Juice Plus+ Company is seeking a data-driven Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Search to lead their growth initiatives in Paid Media and Organic Search. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through performance marketing strategies, enhancing search visibility, and collaborating with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the paid media strategy and performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Connected TV
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and lead generation through full-funnel media strategies aligned to annual business objectives
- Manage agency partners responsible for campaign execution, optimization, testing, and performance reporting
- Drive performance against key KPIs including Revenue, ROAS, CVR, CAC, AOV, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition targets
- Develop testing roadmaps focused on audiences, messaging, offers, creative themes, landing page experiences, and campaign structure
- Translate channel insights into actionable recommendations for Social, CRM, Creative, and Commercial teams, ensuring marketing investments and content priorities are informed by performance data
- Partner with Social and Creative teams to identify content opportunities, audience insights, and messaging strategies that improve acquisition and conversion performance
- Support customer acquisition, Partner lead generation, and recruitment initiatives through targeted campaigns aligned to key business priorities and seasonal moments throughout the year
- Partner with Sales, Field Development, and Commercial teams to support lead generation and recruitment objectives while maintaining a primary focus on customer growth and revenue generation
- Support platform integrations and operational initiatives that improve campaign performance, audience targeting, reporting visibility, and marketing effectiveness
- Identify emerging growth opportunities across creator commerce, affiliate marketing, referral programs, TikTok Shop, and new acquisition channels
- Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital advertising landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and competitive advantage
- Own the global SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy in partnership with specialist agency partners
- Drive improvements in organic search visibility, rankings, traffic, and revenue
- Develop strategies that improve Juice Plus+ visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI-powered search experiences
- Lead SEO initiatives spanning technical optimization, content strategy, authority building, and search experience improvements
- Partner with PR, Communications, and Content teams to strengthen authority signals, citations, backlinks, expert content, and third-party credibility
- Monitor competitor activity, search trends, and emerging AI search developments
- Translate keyword, search, and audience intelligence into content opportunities that support acquisition, education, and authority-building objectives
- Ensure agency roadmaps align with broader business priorities and annual growth plans
- Identify opportunities to improve search visibility across key health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle categories relevant to the Juice Plus+ portfolio
- Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for Paid Media and SEO agency teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment against shared business objectives
- Collaborate with agency partners to establish channel priorities, optimization opportunities, reporting cadences, and annual growth plans
- Work closely with agency teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and ensure channel strategies support broader business goals
- Partner closely with Social, CRM, Creative, PR, Commercial, and IT teams to align channel priorities, campaign execution, and growth initiatives
- Support content planning and creative development by providing audience insights, search trends, and performance recommendations
- Contribute to annual planning, budget discussions, and strategic growth initiatives across the marketing organization
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared accountability across internal teams and agency partners
- Own monthly and quarterly business reviews for Paid Media and Organic Search performance
- Partner closely with the Performance Marketing Analyst and Analytics teams to leverage performance insights that inform channel strategy and investment decisions
- Translate channel performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities, performance risks, and optimization priorities across Paid Media and Organic Search
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and budget discussions through data-informed recommendations
- Monitor competitive performance, search visibility trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth
- Support executive reporting and strategic planning through clear, concise performance storytelling and recommendations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEO, growth marketing, or digital acquisition
- Proven success managing paid media budgets and driving measurable revenue growth
- Experience managing agency relationships at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO, and modern search optimization principles
- Experience translating performance data into actionable marketing and business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise SEO platforms, with a working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing reporting
- Experience supporting content strategy through audience, keyword, and performance insights
- Experience within DTC, ecommerce, subscription, health and wellness, or direct selling businesses is highly desirable
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Ability to connect channel performance with business outcomes
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition strategies and customer journey optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong briefing capabilities with the ability to provide clear direction based on audience and performance insights

- Experience working within Shopify ecommerce environments
- Understanding of digital marketing measurement concepts and the ability to leverage analytics insights to inform channel strategy and optimization decisions
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, Connected TV, and emerging digital acquisition channels
- Understanding of GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, and evolving search technologies
- Experience working alongside analytics, BI, or data teams to support performance marketing initiatives
