They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to execute A/B testing and personalization programs for their .com team across three major websites, utilizing tools like Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and analyze A/B text experiments, MVT, experience targeting, automated personalization, and recommendations that improve traffic and purchase conversion rates
- Support .com product team by communicating experiment results, insights and performance narratives
- Implement Target/AJO activities using AEM experience fragments as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON-based offers
- Conduct QA and end-to-end validation to ensure accurate data collection, proper audience qualification, and experience delivery
- Build Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics testing dashboards
- Monitor and analyze tests throughout their life cycle
- Maintain accurate reporting in Workfront (a project management system) and document test results in a digital insights library
- Provide thought leadership including current trends, best practices, CMS capabilities, and experimentation frameworks to bring fresh ideas and external benchmarks to the team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital optimization, personalization, or experimentation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience executing A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Launch, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-time CDP) or comparable platforms
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with WebSDK, data layers and debugging tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building and interpreting data from CJA, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Developer certification
- Familiarity with Workfront
