Business Analyst(Zoho CRM)

PineQ Lab Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into automated configurations, managing data integrity, and optimizing workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
• Analyze existing CRM processes and identify gaps
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Zoho CRM
• Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| profiles| and workflows
• Configuration experiences in Lead and deal pipelines| Automation rules (workflows|approvals| blueprints)|Email templates and notifications
• Customize UI and user roles to match business processes
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
• Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP| marketing platforms| payment gateways|etc.)
• Create APIs or use Zoho integrations (Zoho Books| Desk| Campaigns| etc.)
• Customize reports| dashboards| and analytics
• Import export data from legacy systems
• Cleanse and structure data
• Ensure data integrity and deduplication
• Set up data security and access controls

Requirements:
