Hopae is building the world's most trusted digital identity platform, focusing on privacy and security. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive European expansion by identifying and qualifying potential accounts, executing outreach strategies, and maintaining strong CRM discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt and qualify: Identify, research, and qualify high-potential accounts and contacts across your territory — inbound and outbound
- Execute creative outreach: Design and run multi-channel prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and beyond to book qualified meetings and generate pipeline
- Own your pipeline: Maintain strong CRM discipline, track activity consistently, and contribute to predictable quarterly growth
- Stay tight with Revenue: Align regularly with Account Executives to prioritize accounts, sharpen messaging, and accelerate deals
- Improve the machine: Test and optimize the tools, workflows, and channels the Revenue and Marketing teams rely on
- Feed the team: Bring prospect insights back to sharpen positioning, messaging, and campaign performance
Requirements:
- Fluent in German, with full working fluency in English
- A hunter — proactive, persistent, and energized by creating opportunities from nothing
- Disciplined prospector with the strategic instinct to balance high-volume outreach with thoughtful personalization
- Comfortable with modern sales tooling — HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and whatever comes next
- Humble and coachable — you test new approaches, learn fast, and raise the bar on yourself
- Nice to have: experience in IDV, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or complex B2B SaaS
- Bonus: fluency in an additional European language
