Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchising company, and they are seeking a VP, Franchise Sales & Development to oversee franchise sales and development activities. The role involves prospecting and executing new franchise agreements, managing relationships, and collaborating with corporate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new franchise agreements
- Execute (Document Management & Closing) Agreements
- Manage Relationships
- Forecasting
- Day to Day business activities (Plan and Arrange travel, etc.)
- Training/Shadowing to new hire sales personnel
- Assisting other members of development team on special projects
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt and equity, providers and other hospitality related trends within the US
Requirements:
- A college degree is preferred
- A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required
- A valid Driver's License
- Required to travel approximately 80% of time. Travel will be predominantly focused on lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S
