Sr Business Intelligence Analyst

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering high-impact analytics, dashboards, and insights that support various departments, translating complex business questions into trusted analytics assets.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of Pharmacy Impact Analytics and Clinical Program dashboards
• Translate ambiguous requirements into production-ready analytics solutions
• Provide ongoing production support, validation, and enhancements
• Lead metric intake, definition, and feasibility assessment
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize metrics
• Establish documentation and governance standards
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Pharmacy, Clinical Programs, Finance, and Operations leaders
• Communicate insights through dashboards and executive summaries
• Apply advanced SQL and BI expertise
• Ensure data quality and reusable analytics logic
• Mentor junior analysts

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience
• Advanced SQL and dashboard development experience
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting
• Healthcare, oncology, or pharmacy analytics experience
• Experience with enterprise scorecards and data governance
