Linus Health is a Boston-based digital health company focused on transforming brain health for people across the world. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for US Healthcare to lead the evolution and expansion of their core high-growth engine, focusing on scaling a successful brain health solution across major healthcare organizations. The role involves optimizing workflows, enhancing clinical decision support, and ensuring seamless platform integration within health systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for our US Healthcare provider portfolio, balancing deep platform scalability needs with continuous feature iteration driven by real-world market feedback
- Deeply understand provider behavior. You will optimize how our platform embeds into health system environments, ensuring our brain health continuum feels like a natural extension of a clinician's day rather than another software burden
- Partner with data science and clinical teams to translate complex cognitive data into clear, high-value clinical insights and next-step recommendations for primary care physicians and specialists
- Serve as the central hub connecting Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and in-house medical experts. You will translate customer feedback from our largest accounts into scalable product requirements
- Maintain the health, configurability, and localization capabilities of the platform, ensuring it can adapt to diverse health system structures without requiring custom, one-off engineering work
Requirements:
- 7+ years of dedicated Software Product Management experience
- 10+ years of total professional experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and provider personas
- Ability to excel at 1-to-N optimization
- Comfortable discussing EHR integration strategies, clinical decision support architectures, and operational deployment models with both technical teams and hospital IT leaders
- Proven track record of synthesizing messy qualitative feedback from users and turning it into clean, prioritized, metrics-driven product requirements
