IntagHire is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving the life sciences industry to find their first in-house Business Development Representative. The role involves executing outbound prospecting campaigns, generating qualified meetings for the sales team, and collaborating with sales leadership to improve strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the sales team
- Identify and engage decision-makers across quality, regulatory, and operational functions within life sciences organizations
- Leverage AI and modern sales technologies to improve efficiency and outreach effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and sequencing
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and improve outbound strategies
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within CRM systems
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound prospecting role
- Demonstrated success generating meetings and pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable testing new approaches and improving existing processes
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, research, prospecting, or campaign development
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within CRM systems
- Experience selling into regulated industries, compliance functions, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly preferred
- Exposure to quality management, regulatory affairs, compliance, or related business functions
- Experience prospecting into director- and VP-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement and prospecting tools
- Interest in growing into a closing sales role over time
