ELIQUENT Life Sciences is a leading global consulting firm focused on providing solutions to life science companies. They are seeking an AI Business Analyst to analyze business needs, refine AI solutions, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business value across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and opportunities for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Research, test, and evaluate AI tools and technologies to assess their suitability and effectiveness for identified use cases and business requirements
- Establishes and maintains Company AI operations including:
- Drive end-user adoption by coordinating AI solution deployment, user training, and change management initiatives to ensure successful integration and effective use of AI tools
- Define success metrics and track AI initiative outcomes to measure ROI and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solution strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Coordinate and drive the continual improvement cycle by capturing feedback, assembling resources, and holding accountability for results
- Support governance and risk management processes for AI, incorporating responsible AI practices and compliance measures (e.g., data privacy, bias mitigation) to ensure ethical, secure solutions
- Develops adoption strategies and investment directionality for applicable systems and solutions
- Establishes and maintains strategic relationships within the business leaders to meet on-going demands
- Serves as a strategic partner to the organization on all AI technology matters
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in developing or supporting enterprise AI-enabled solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience working across enterprise environments implementing AI technologies and applications
- Proven ability to structure and manage intake and project work related to schema design, data architecture (including graph and relational databases), cloud operations, and related systems
- Experience working across a broad AI technology stack (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, graph-based systems, and similar tools)
- Strong understanding of current and emerging AI practices, technologies, and regulatory considerations
- Proven track record of leading and managing change within enterprise systems and driving adoption of new technologies
- Experience with system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring quality delivery of solutions
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to quickly apply new skills and technologies in a dynamic environment
- Exposure to or certification in project management, user experience (UX), or testing methodologies
