Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves taking inbound calls from providers, insurance companies, and clients to update health insurance information in their systems while ensuring timely and accurate updates according to key measure requirements.
Responsibilities:
- The TPR agent will take inbound calls from Providers, Insurance companies and Clients to update Other Health Insurance stored in our systems for both Medical and Pharmacy using external websites for each carrier
- The agent will also assist with updating the OHI from other referral sources in our inventory queues
- The role consists of meeting our call center requirements and ensuring our updates are completed timely and accurately per our Key Measure requirements
