They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals, while effectively communicating product value and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound, running discovery calls, delivering live product demos, and closing deals
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical buyers
- Handle objections with credibility and honesty — including questions about how synthetic research compares to traditional methods
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM
- Partner with product, marketing, and the science team to relay customer feedback and improve the sales motion
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
