Case Medical is expanding its sales team and seeking driven, consultative sales professionals to represent its premium product portfolio to healthcare organizations nationwide. The role involves developing relationships, conducting product presentations, and driving territory growth in the medical device sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems
- Conduct product presentations, evaluations, demonstrations, and clinical in-services
- Collaborate with SPD, OR, Infection Prevention, and Supply Chain leadership
- Drive strategic territory growth and business development initiatives
- Navigate healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments
- Maintain strong pipeline management and territory planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred
- 3 – 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, SPD, OR, or infection prevention
- Existing relationships within hospital systems, surgery centers, SPD leadership, or perioperative departments preferred
- Experience navigating healthcare purchasing processes, value analysis committees, and GPO environments
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (50–70% depending on region)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
