JSA Interactive is a global digital marketing company seeking a high-execution, process-driven Director of Operations & Client Success. In this role, you will oversee departmental operations, bridge the gap between strategy and execution, and empower Client Success Managers with the necessary resources to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- You will have direct reports across multiple departments, serving as their guide, blocker-remover, and accountability partner
- You will oversee and support:
- Success Management: Empowering CSMs with the resources, data, and tools required to keep clients thrilled and retention high
- Local & Website SEO: Ensuring that we maintain strong local and website rankings that deliver tangible results
- Content: Ensuring seamless collaboration between strategy, keyword research, and high-quality content production
- Automations & AI: Driving the adoption of cutting-edge tech to scale our internal and client-facing processes
- Project Management: Keeping deadlines sharp, deliverables on track, and cross-departmental communication flawless
- Streamline Processes: Audit our current workflows to identify bottlenecks, and streamline operational efficiency
- SOP Development: Build, document, and maintain a robust library of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent, scalable quality of work
- Resource Allocation: Actively manage capacity planning so no department is drowning and no resource is underutilized
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working inside a fast-paced digital marketing or performance marketing agency environment
- 5+ years of experience managing people and leading cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and deeply passionate about hitting KPIs and getting results
- A willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
- Familiarity with Lead Generation via Google Ads (Search, Smart, & Performance Max), Google Local Services Ads (LSA) (verification to optimization), and Google Business Profile (GBP) management
- Experience navigating and optimizing GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho Projects (or similar enterprise PM software)
- A knack for connecting apps using Zapier or n8n
- Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Anthropic to improve operational efficiency
