Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Product Owner - Horizontal Product Lead, Data Platforms & Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems thinking, integration across frontend and backend platforms, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to clarify complex portfolios, align cross-team delivery, and produce coherent, outcome-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Shape clear, outcome-driven scope from ambiguity across connected frontend and backend experiences.


• Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with broader portfolio strategy.


• Lead rigorous requirement definition and technical analysis, including APIs, data, integrations, and user flows.


• Tie together multiple systems and experiences into coherent, end-to-end solutions.


• Operate horizontally across teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery flow.


• Step into teams to unblock delivery, resolve complexity, and stabilize execution, then transition ownership back once on track.


• Manage diverse stakeholders with clarity, diplomacy, and firm decision-making.


• Build trust, maintain momentum, and keep teams focused on outcomes.


• Help evolve processes, responsibilities, and ownership models to improve product organization effectiveness.


• Clearly articulate and demonstrate product and portfolio value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Senior product ownership in complex, high-visibility, cross-product environments.


• Strong systems thinking with proven integration experience across frontend and backend platforms.


• Proficiency in technical analysis, including APIs, data models, and integration patterns.


• Ability to influence without authority and align teams around shared outcomes.


• Experience operating across multiple platforms, teams, and dependencies.


• Track record connecting frontend experiences with backend and data platforms.


• Experience stepping into teams to recover or accelerate delivery in complex initiatives.


• Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholder engagement and product storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise data and experience platforms, including integration-heavy ecosystems.


• Background in refining operating models, ways of working, or team structures in Agile environments.
