Project Manager

RavenVolt Inc, An ABM Company is a leading provider of customized energy solutions, specializing in innovative infrastructure for distributed generation and energy storage. They are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee construction and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure project alignment and success
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct regular site visits and safety audits, ensuring all work complies with Ravenvolt standards and industry regulations
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues proactively and efficiently
• Maintain all required project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out materials
• Foster strong relationships with clients and promote Ravenvolt’s values and reputation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, energy, or utility infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and project delivery methodologies
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• OSHA 30 or similar safety training
• Experience with renewable energy, energy storage, or microgrid systems
