Sales Development Representative

Nurtured Talent Network is hiring on behalf of CareTrack, a company dedicated to improving operational efficiency in healthcare through modern software solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategy in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Identify target organizations across home care, senior care, healthcare services, behavioral health, disability services, and related care sectors
• Build and manage prospect lists using modern prospecting tools
• Execute outbound campaigns through cold-calling
• Personalize outreach based on company initiatives, operational challenges, and growth plans
• Book qualified meetings with founders, owners, operators, executives, care managers, and healthcare leaders
• Uncover operational, compliance, staffing, and technology challenges
• Position the value of CareTrack as a solution for improving care delivery and operational performance
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Monitor campaign performance and conversion metrics
• Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market opportunities
• Stay informed on trends within healthcare, home care, senior care, and related industries
• Identify emerging market opportunities and target segments
• Share insights gathered from conversations with prospective customers

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, recruiting, staffing, business development, or sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision-makers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
• Experience selling into healthcare organizations
• Experience selling SaaS, professional services, staffing, recruiting, or technology solutions
• Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools such as Attio, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Interest in healthcare, care services, and operational technology
