Teramind is a leader in workforce analytics and insider threat solutions, and they are seeking a Strategic Technology and Product Partnerships Manager. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with security, compliance, and IT vendors, driving integration and launch of joint product offerings, and maintaining executive relationships with partner organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations; coordinate cross-functional execution internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team
- Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch. Scoping and delivering integrations and joint product offerings with partner engineering teams
- Define the joint value proposition and solution narrative; co-define success metrics with partners and report partnership health, wins, and blockers to the CPO and staff team
- Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans; establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteria
- Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization once integrations are live, while retaining executive and product-level relationships for ongoing accountability
Requirements:
- 7-10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industry
- Demonstrated credibility working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You can hold a substantive conversation with an engineer and then present to a CRO in the same day
- Deep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape: SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent categories
- Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit without needing a translator
- Comfortable working across all levels, from CEO to product manager, at both Teramind and partner organizations
- High agency: you move fast, make practical trade offs, and don't wait for perfect conditions
- Experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferred
