Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Role summary
Deliver end-user IT support and service-desk operations, administering cloud and SaaS identity,
endpoints and access for a fully distributed workforce.
Key responsibilities
•Provide tier 1–2 support, endpoint management and onboarding/offboarding.
•Administer SaaS and cloud identity/access (SSO, MFA) and IT asset management.
•Build automation and scripts to streamline support and provisioning workflows.
•Service Desk lead track: manage queue, SLAs, ticketing operations and a small support team.
Skills
•AWS / cloud admin • Scripting (Python) • SQL (basic)
•Familiarity with cloud/SaaS administration (incl. AWS), scripting for automation
(Python/PowerShell), and basic SQL for reporting and ticket analytics.
•ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
•MDM/endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune).
•Identity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
