NodeReal Inc. is a blockchain and Web3 technology startup focused on delivering high-performance infrastructure and solutions for the blockchain era. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with various teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with Web3 projects, enterprises, and strategic partners
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build strong client relationships, understanding technical infrastructure needs
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and support the company’s growth objectives in the blockchain infrastructure space
Requirements:
- Proven business development, sales, or partnerships experience in technology, SaaS, blockchain, or related fields
- Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, or cloud infrastructure concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and account management, including experience with CRM tools and data-driven reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue or growth targets
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the Web3 ecosystem (e.g., working with protocols, DeFi, NFTs, infrastructure providers, or exchanges) is strongly preferred
- Willingness to engage with a global client base across time zones and attend industry events, conferences, or virtual meetups as needed
