This role serves as the first point of contact with influential leaders in healthcare, setting the tone for the sales process and contributing to market strategy.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven ability to run cold outbound motions (calls, email, LinkedIn) targeting Director/ VP-level and C-suite personas
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions
- Confident conducting structured discovery and qualifying opportunities
- A self-starter who wants to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a world-class sales engine
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or specialty physician groups
