Responsibilities:
- Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with prospective clients exploring leadership development or professional growth
- Conduct structured consultations via phone and video meetings to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with professionals, executives and business leaders
- Oversee the business development process by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and supporting the conversion of qualified leads
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage follow‑up activities in a timely, professional manner
- Guide prospective clients through the engagement and onboarding process
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with colleagues to support organizational growth objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, HR, coaching, recruitment, executive education, client‑facing roles or professional services
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners and decision‑makers
- A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in leadership development
- Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
- Professionalism, commercial awareness and a client‑focused approach
