Sofie Co. is looking for a Project Manager to oversee strategic projects including facility construction and IT implementations. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Manage strategic projects which may include facility construction, IT implementations, and other strategic operations and process improvements
- Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Produce project progress reports and briefings as required
- Manage all elements of the project budget, including SOW’s, RO’s, PO’s, invoice approval, etc
- Manage changes throughout the project life cycle, negotiating and communicating with stakeholders
- Lead and conduct progress/status meetings in addition to developing meeting agendas and meeting minutes
- Develop and facilitate a project risk management schedule
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Experience in all levels of the project life cycle, including feasibility, procurement, design review, requirements review, test review, contract management and change control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions
- Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently with minimal direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Experience in strategic program/project planning
- Experience in project management in a healthcare/pharmaceutical industry setting preferred
