Rolustech is a company focused on driving business growth in the US market. As a Sales and Account Executive, you will develop and execute sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maintain strong relationships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the US market to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
- Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and close high-value deals to drive sales
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize sales opportunities
- Implement effective lead generation tactics, both online and offline, to identify and nurture potential customers
- Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology services and solutions to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage the sales pipeline
- Creating a short- and long-term sales plan to achieve the given objectives
- Attend Industry/Services relevant conferences
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experience, specifically within the IT services or Technology solutions industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated sales track record
- Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets
