Required Specification
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, maintenance, and support.
* Experience supporting PeopleSoft applications and HR systems.
* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
* Experience with source code control, build and release management, and CI/CD practices.
* Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
* Experience supporting incident management and production support environments.
* Experience supporting federal IT operations and secure enterprise environments.
* Knowledge of RMF and FISMA compliance requirements.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
