Must have lead exp. And active certification too (Active MuleSoft Certification (MCD/MCIA) is required).

Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in MuleSoft development.
Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Proven experience in API-led architecture and microservices.
Expertise in REST, SOAP, RAML, JSON, XML, and DataWeave.
Experience integrating cloud and on-premise systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven.
Strong understanding of API security standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Active MuleSoft Certification (MCD/MCIA) is required.
