Requested Qualifications

7 years experience as technical architect designing, managing, and developing Oracle Java (J2EE) web applications, using middle ware components ADF, SOA/BPM and support applications ADF 10g/higher.

7 years experience as a lead Java web developer with direct participation designing, creating, maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of Java web applications including integration with LDAP/OID and using VPD, PL/SQL packages, views and triggers

7 years experience developing web applications using Oracle JDeveloper 9i, 10g and higher, configuring BC components/ data source and ADF security for web applications.

5 years experience training and mentoring technical/programming staff (training, demonstrations multi staff and individual mentoring sessions)

5 years experience with Oracle ADF and integration with Oracle BPM process flow applications

5 years experience with all phases of systems development life cycle

5 years experience developing secure Java applications for applications that collect highly sensitive health information

4 years experience writing complex SQL or PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions

4 years experience designing, developing and maintaining web services in a WebLogic Server platform

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science
