Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Charlotte Based. Mostly in office-some opportunity to WFH after training.
- This role is working with business partners to translate business requirements into salesforce actionable outcomes.
- Design and implementation of salesforce, support day to day enhancements, Working with existing Salesforce team (7-10 people)
- Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
- Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
- Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality.
- Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes.
