Environmental Engineer

Hidani Tech is seeking a dedicated and innovative Civil Environmental Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing sustainable environmental and civil infrastructure solutions, focusing on projects related to water resources, wastewater treatment, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage environmental and civil engineering projects, including water, wastewater, drainage, and infrastructure systems
• Conduct environmental assessments, site investigations, and feasibility studies
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
• Develop solutions for environmental challenges related to land development, water quality, and sustainability
• Coordinate with project managers, government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders
• Perform site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure quality and compliance
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in environmental engineering, water resources, wastewater, stormwater, or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and sustainability practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or similar engineering software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment systems
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with stormwater management and drainage design
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure is a plus
• Experience with sustainability and green infrastructure initiatives
