The Home Depot is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking an Assistant Market Manager. The AMM is responsible for managing Measure Technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards, and driving performance metrics while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits/THD location walks, field observations, and daily business operations
- Support the Technicians and address any customer concerns and related technical issues
- Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians
- Manage measure capacity, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth. Utilize reporting to propel the business forward and drive results
- In partnership with location and field leaders, the AMMs are responsible for supporting store services programs by driving leads and measures
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
- 3 years of work experience
