OhioHealth is a health system dedicated to supporting wellness and providing expert guidance to individuals. They are seeking an IT Project Manager responsible for planning and executing technology projects that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large-scale IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and departmental technology initiatives
- Lead internal resources and third-party vendors in project execution
- Track project performance and report on milestones, identify and drive plans to resolve risks and issues
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project goals
- Support change management and training efforts
- Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and data privacy regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of IT project management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating foundational project management skills considered
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred
