BayOne Solutions is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Loyalty and Promotions. The role involves managing promotions, customer engagement, and loyalty products while leading Agile product teams and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience within ecommerce, retail technology, or related industries
- Proven experience managing promotions, customer engagement, loyalty, or related product domains
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and UX-focused solutions
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading Agile product teams, pods, or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills
- Ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision
- Minimum 1+ year of experience utilizing AI tools to improve product management processes and deliverables
- Experience leveraging AI for requirements definition, analysis, prioritization, and insight generation
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs using business judgment and data-driven decision-making
- Interest in applying AI solutions to customer engagement, loyalty, payment programs, and operational processes
