StemWave is a fast-growing medical device startup in Massachusetts, pioneering orthopedic shockwave technology in the U.S. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect, engage, and qualify healthcare providers interested in regenerative medicine, with the goal of booking meetings for the Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Engage and educate potential clients (chiropractors, pain management specialists, physical therapists, etc.) on the benefits of StemWave’s solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making process
- Schedule sales meetings for the Account Executive team with high-intent prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar) to track outreach, engagement, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target high-potential markets
- Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of SDR or sales experience (healthcare, medical device, or SaaS sales preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to prospecting
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
