Remote - Customer Service Rep

American Income Life Insurance Company is one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation for over 65 years. They are seeking a dedicated Benefits Representative with great customer service skills to help customers with product information and coverage questions while maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Helping customers by providing product and service information
• Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
