ACH Product Manager

Comptech Associates is seeking an ACH Product Manager with expertise in payment processing. The role involves understanding Nacha guidelines, working with testing teams, and training operation teams on business processes related to ACH offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Have in depth knowledge on Nacha guidelines and Nacha risk handbook
• Understand the common ACH offerings in the US for transactions banking client segments: large Corp and NB FI
• Ability to work with testing teams on bug triage
• Have experience at training operation teams on business processes
• Ability to learn/adapt quickly to operate with modern technology stack
