Venon Solutions is a company that connects top LATAM talent with U.S. companies through flexible staffing solutions. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and expand their client portfolio by identifying and qualifying prospective clients across the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outbound channels
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs and challenges
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives and support the sales process through qualification
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns and account-based prospecting initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity generation targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role
- Previous experience selling staffing solutions
- Experience targeting and selling to U.S.-based companies
- Strong outbound prospecting skills via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and identify business opportunities
- Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Rocketlead
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience selling IT staffing solutions
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring trends and workforce challenges
